ABOUT THE JOB
On average, 20,000 missionaries come through the Provo Missionary Training Center each year. But the MTC is more than a housing facility. This position is central to the missionaries' role to Invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end. Each generation of missionaries has the potential to become the greatest generation the world has known. We are committed to helping every missionary who comes through our physical or virtual doors achieve that goal. We need the greatest generation of employees to help these missionaries.
When you become a part of the MTC, you will work with talented people who are committed to living and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. While each position will have its own roles and responsibilities, all positions will be empowered to bless the lives of missionaries.
