Non-Language Curriculum Specialists
Under the direction of the Training Curriculum Manager, Curriculum Specialists assist in enhancing missionaries’ holistic MTC experience through collaboration, innovation, implementation, maintenance, and analysis of curriculum materials and training experiences.
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze data, in both formal and informal settings, to better understand missionaries’ MTC experiences
Recommend changes to existing policies, practices and curriculum, based on observations and feedback
Implement adjustments to the current curriculum, as directed by leadership, to align with revelation and areas of emphasis
Innovate and create new curriculum to improve missionaries’ experience and preparation for the field
Minimum Qualifications:
MTC Teacher Experience (preferably minimum 1 year.)
Strong knowledge of MTC operations
Technology skills (Microsoft Office, Google Drive etc.)
Articulate simply, think critically, creatively
Keep a higher vision of projects
Flexibility to continual change
