Online Training Specialists
This position is a support person to the Online Tutoring team, assisting the supervisors, program coordinator and managers. This position helps maintain weekly workflow, data tracking and project assignments.
This position is a support person to the Online Tutoring team, assisting the supervisors, program coordinator and managers. This position helps maintain weekly workflow, data tracking and project assignments.
Responsibilities:
Assist supervisor(s) in a range of secretarial/clerical tasks
Design and manage tutor and missionary engagement rates
Support tutors/teachers with technology training
Receptionist duties
Minimum Qualifications:
Able to work independently and with team members
Organizational skills and self-directed
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to learn new systems/processes
